Our bench

Fine jewelry care, with a repair shop’s discipline.

Every piece is handled at our Los Angeles bench: inspected under magnification, repaired with the method that suits it, and checked before it goes back to you.

How your piece is cared for, from the moment it arrives.

Sending something valuable away takes trust. Every repair, retail or wholesale, follows the same four stages, and nothing is shipped until we’ve agreed with you on how it travels and how it’s insured.

    Received

Packages are opened and checked against your estimate request.

Each piece is assigned its own repair ID before anything else happens.

  2. A watch movement beside watchmaking toolsSample photo

    Documented

We record the piece's condition on arrival and inspect it under magnification.

You receive the final price. Work starts only after you approve it.

  3. A jeweler finishes a gold piece with a small rotary toolSample photo

    Repaired

The work is done at our Los Angeles bench, then checked before it's released.

If anything changes during the repair, we contact you before going further.

  4. A solitaire diamond ringSample photo

    Returned

Your piece is packed and shipped back with tracking, or ready for pickup.

The repair ID follows it the whole way, so you can always ask where it is.

Questions about shipping or insurance for a specific piece? Ask when you request your estimate and we’ll answer before you send anything.

Jewelry repair

Everyday fixes and careful restorations, from a ring that's too tight to an heirloom that needs rebuilding.

All jewelry repairs
  • Ring sizing

Up or down in gold and platinum. We tell you before we start if a band can't be sized safely.

  • Diamond and gemstone setting

Tightening, re-tipping worn prongs, and resetting loose or replacement stones.

  • Rhodium plating

Brings white gold back to a bright white finish after the plating wears through.

  • Gold chain repair

Broken links, failed clasps, shortening, and soldering on fine and heavy chains.

  • Precision laser welding

Joins metal close to heat-sensitive stones, where a torch would risk damage.

  • Remodeling and redesign

A ring turned into a pendant, an old setting rebuilt around the stones you already own.

  • Polishing and restoration

Scratches and wear removed. Heirloom and antique pieces handled with extra care.

Watch repair

From a quick battery change to servicing a mechanical watch you plan to keep for decades.

All watch repairs

Independent repair. We are not affiliated with or authorized by any watch brand.

Mail-in repair, tracked at every stage.

You don't ship anything until we've agreed on the price range and on how your piece will be shipped and insured.

How does a free estimate work?

Send photos of the piece and describe what's wrong. We review them and reply with a preliminary price range. The final price is confirmed after we inspect the piece in person, and no work starts until you approve it.

Is it safe to mail my jewelry or watch?

We don't ask you to ship anything until we've agreed on shipping and insurance arrangements with you. Once those are confirmed, we send approved shipping instructions. Every package is documented when it arrives and given its own repair ID.

What if my piece can't be repaired the way I hoped?

We tell you after inspection, before any work begins. You can approve a different approach or have the piece returned.

Do you work with jewelry stores?

Yes. We take wholesale repair work from jewelers and retailers. Use the wholesale inquiry form and we'll follow up about volume, turnaround, and pricing.

Can I drop off in person in Los Angeles?

Yes, our bench is in Los Angeles. Request an estimate first so we can confirm the repair and arrange a time.

Send photos. Get a price. Decide from there.

The estimate is free and takes a few minutes. You’re under no obligation to go ahead.
