Photos before packages
Every repair starts with photos and a free preliminary price. Nothing travels until you've decided to go ahead and we've agreed with you on shipping and insurance.
No work without your approval
We inspect each piece in hand and confirm the final price. Work starts only when you say yes.
One repair ID for every piece
Each piece is documented on arrival and given its own repair ID, which follows it through every stage until it's back with you.
We ask before we change course
If anything about the repair changes once work begins, we contact you before going further.
Checked before it leaves
Finished work is checked and documented before it's packed and shipped back with tracking.

Wholesale work from jewelers follows the same stages as a customer's own piece.
