Watch repair

Custom diamond setting for watches.

We set diamonds on watch bezels, dials, and bracelets as custom work. It's aftermarket work, not done or approved by the watch's maker, and it may affect a brand warranty or brand service. We explain that before you decide.

When you might need it.

  • You want a diamond bezel or dial on your watch
  • You'd like a bracelet set to match
  • You want an existing aftermarket setting repaired

What’s involved.

  1. Planning

We discuss the design, the stones, and what will change on the watch, before anything is decided.

  2. Setting

Stones are set on the parts you've chosen, and settings are checked under magnification.

  3. Finishing and checks

The watch is reassembled and checked, including how it seals and runs.

Preliminary pricing.

Your preliminary price range is free and comes from your photos. The final price is confirmed after we inspect the piece in hand, and no work starts until you approve it.

What affects the price

  • Which parts are set
  • The number, size, and quality of stones
  • The watch model
  • Whether original parts are kept to return to you

If you’re mailing it in

Send photos of the watch and the case back, and describe the look you want.

Start with photos. Don’t ship anything until we’ve agreed on shipping and insurance with you.

Common questions.

Will this affect my warranty?

It may. Watch brands generally don't service or warranty watches with aftermarket changes. Check with the brand before deciding.

Can I keep my original bezel or dial?

Where parts are replaced rather than set, we can return the originals to you.

Send photos. Get a price. Decide from there.

The estimate is free and takes a few minutes. You’re under no obligation to go ahead.
